On November 24, 2025, the China-Vietnam Think Tank Dialogue on “Building the China-Vietnam Community with a Shared Future Amidst Global Transformation” was held in Beijing, jointly hosted by the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), and the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam. CIIS President Chen Bo and DAV President Nguyen Hung Son chaired the dialogue.
Nearly 20 scholars from CIIS, DAV and the Research Center on Xi Jinping Thought on Economy participated in the dialogue. Scholars from both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on two key themes—“China’s New Development, New Concepts and New Contributions to the World” and “Joining Hands to Build the Strategically Significant China-Vietnam Community with a Shared Future”.
