From May 20 to 24, 2025, CIIS President Chen Bo led a delegation to visit India. During the visit, the delegation attended the 20th meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Forum hosted by the Indian Council of World Affairs(ICWA) and had in-depth exchanges with all participants on topics such as security, sustainable development and cultural cooperation in the SCO region. The delegation also had meetings with the Vivekananda International Foundation(VIF) and the Institute of Chinese Studies (ICS) in India.
