On December 3, the international conference “China-CEEC Cooperation: Review and Prospect” jointly hosted by China Institute of International Studies (CIIS), China-CEEC Global Partnership Center (GPC) and the Chinese Embassy in Poland was successfully held in Warsaw, Poland. Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China for China-CEEC Cooperation Affairs Jiang Yu delivered a video speech. Chinese Ambassador to Poland Sun Linjiang, CIIS vice president Liu Feitao and Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Head of the Department of East Asian Studies of Polish SWPS University Marcin Jacoby delivered speeches. Nearly 50 scholars from mainstream think tanks in China and CEE countries such as Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, and Serbia conducted in-depth discussions on the topics of the achievements, experiences, opportunities and prospects of China-CEEC cooperation. The experts at the conference positively evaluated the important role of the cooperation mechanism in promoting pragmatic cooperation between China and CEE countries.
