On January 26, CIIS and Sungkyun Institute of China Studies in South Korea jointly held a webinar on "Peace and Security in Northeast Asia under the New Circumstances". The webinar was jointly presided over by President Xu Bu and Director Lee Hee-ok. Former China’s Ambassador to ROK Ning Fukui, Vice President of CIIS Liu Qing, and former Unification Minister of ROK Kim Yeon-chul attended the meeting.

The webinar covers issues including the Northeast Asia policy of the Biden administration, US-ROK relations, and China-ROK relations.
