From 15 to 16 October 2026, Vice President Liu Qing of CIIS led a delegation to New Delhi, India for the 21st Russia-India-China Trilateral Academic Conference. The Conference focused on topics including world and regional dynamics, regional cooperation and RIC people-to-people exchange. While in New Delhi, CIIS delegation also held exchanges with the Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF).
