CURRICULUM VITAE

Ms. Mu Gengyuan graduated from Beijing International Studies University in 2003 and obtained her B.A. in French. She received her M.A. in International Relations and Ph.D. in Diplomatic Studies from China Foreign Affairs University in 2007 and 2010 respectively. During the graduate studies, she was sent to study Diplomacy and Strategic Negotiations (from 2005 to 2006) in the University of Paris-Sud Ⅺ of France, receiving Master’s degree. Ms. Mu Gengyuan has been associated with China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) since 2010. From 2013 to 2017, she worked for the Embassy of China in France as third and second secretary. She is an assistant research fellow specialized in French domestic and foreign policy as well as public diplomacy.
