On September 20, a delegation of Indian scholars led by Vinod Anand, Senior Fellow from Vivekananda International Foundation, visited Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy Studies Centre and China Institute of International Studies(CIIS). CIIS vice president Liu Qing introduced the theme of Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and conducted in-depth exchanges with the Indian side on topics including China-India relations, regional and international cooperation.
