On November 12, 2020, President Xu Bu attended the 10th Symposium on China’s Neighborhood Diplomacy hosted by the Institute of International Studies of Fudan University and delivered a keynote speech on the “Changes in the International Landscape and China’s Response”.
President Xu elaborated on the changes in the international landscape from the perspectives of the geopolitical turbulence, the profound changes of international alignment of forces, the destabilizing factors of the international environment, and put forward 5 policy recommendations.
The Symposium on China's Neighborhood Diplomacy has been held for ten times since its outset in 2013. Its theme this year is "China's Neighborhood Diplomacy in a Changing World", and over 40 Chinese experts and scholars attended the symposium.
