Author by Mr. Zhen Bingxi, a senior researcher and ex-Vice President of CIIS, the book is one of the most authoritative works in China on the U.S. economy of the past decade. He has authored or edited 5 books and published several hundreds of papers, policy briefs and commentaries on Chinese journals, newspapers and magazines. He served as a Chinese diplomat in the United States for three times, totaling 14 years.
The book was published in Beijing by Capital University of Economics and Business Press in April 2015.
