　　新丝绸之路的构想不仅为中国外交提供了战略导向，而且提供了一个概念框架。在该框架下，多个不同的中国多边和双边外交倡议得到统一，并在全球范围内推广开来。正如李克强总理12月的访问和中国将中东欧国家纳入“一带一路”倡议获得的初步成功表明，新丝绸之路成为中国在全球范围内增强影响力的一个有效平台。
