On December 10, CIIS and South Korean think tank “Yeosijae” (Future Consensus Institute) successfully held an online seminar. Former president of “Yeosijae” and Member of the National Assembly of South Korea Lee Kwang Jae made an opening speech. CIIS President Xu Bu delivered opening remarks and made a summary of the seminar. The president of Korea China Association for Cultural Exchange Qu Huan chaired the webinar. Also present at the meeting were CIIS Vice President Liu Qing， Former Under-Secretary-General of the UN KIM Won-Soo, CIIS Senior Research Fellow Wu Jingjing, Senior Research Fellow of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Li Nan. Participants from both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the latest situation in the Northeast Asia and recommendations for strengthening China-South Korea cooperation.
