From October 27 to 28, the 34th CIIS-JIIA Workshop was jointly held by CIIS and the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) in an online format. CIIS Vice President Liu Qing and Acting Director General of JIIA Tomiko Ichikawa co-chaired the meeting. More than 20 scholars from CIIS, JIIA, Shandong University, Jilin University, Waseda University, Sophia University, and IDE-JETRO attended the webinar. The participants conducted in-depth discussions on topics of changing world order, China-Japan Relations and regional cooperation and so on. The CIIS-JIIA Workshop has been held for 34 consecutive years since 1985.
